Rules of the Leaderboard
stay on the top operates on a strictly transparent, deterministic, pay-to-rank market model.
1. Rank is Determined by Bid Amount
Your position on any public leaderboard is determined solely by the active monetary bid placed in Indian Rupees (₹). There are no subjective editorial rankings, hidden algorithms, sponsored bias, or review gaming. Higher bid equals higher rank.
2. Minimum Increment & Outbidding
To overtake a competitor who holds a rank with a bid of ₹X, you must bid at least ₹X + 1 (or the configured minimum bid increment). Clicking any “claim this rank” CTA automatically sets the exact minimum winning bid.
3. Deterministic Tie-Breaking
If two companies place identical bids, rank is determined chronologically: the earlier confirmed bid retains the higher position.
4. Payment Confirmation & Atomic Updates
Rank changes only take effect upon server-verified payment confirmation via UPI, Cards, or Net Banking. All ranking adjustments are transactionally protected against race conditions.
5. Authenticity & Anti-Fraud
Only legitimate companies and products may be listed. Listings that link to phishing, malware, hate speech, gambling, illegal activities, or counterfeit domains are immediately removed with no refund.
6. Refund Policy
Bids represent purchases of immediate visibility and digital position. All bids are non-refundable once confirmed and applied to the public leaderboard.
